Points to remember 

• Ensuring the accuracy of your delivery address is crucial when placing an order, and it's important that someone is present to accept and sign for the delivery. 
• In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt or if the delivery is declined, we will contact you. 
• If the item is returned to us for reasons such as an incorrect address, no one available to sign, uncollected item from the local depot, or a refused delivery, re-delivery expenses will be the responsibility of the buyer.
• In such cases, an admin charge of 700Rs will be applied to cover the return to sender and repackaging costs. This also holds true if a refund is requested instead of opting for a re-delivery.
