FREE EXCHANGE POLICY

• First exchange comes at no extra cost.

• To initiate an exchange, kindly email contact@stilat.in with your order ID within 4 days of purchase. 
• Exchanged items must remain unworn, undamaged, and unwashed, with all original tags intact. 

• Quality checks will be conducted before approval by our service team.

• Only one exchange is allowed for the original product in a different size. 

• The processing of exchanges is subject to product availability. 

• For defective pieces, share images at contact@stilat.in for resolution within 24 hours. 

• Given the handmade nature of our products, we address significant errors only.

• Exchanges are typically processed within 7-10 days from initiation. 
  
  We do not accept return or exchange the products on sale items. 
  

Cancellation/Refund Policy

• Once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible. 
• Refunds are not provided, but product exchanges are allowed for free once. 
• Returns are not accepted; only exchanges for different sizes.
